TonerRecycle.Net Frequently Asked Questions
What is the TonerRecycle.Net Recycling Program?
The TonerRecycle.Net recycling program is a laser toner cartridge recycling program.
This program is designed for the collection of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and remanufactured
toner cartridges.
How Much Does Using TonerRecycle.Net Cost?
TonerRecycle.Net provides safe and quality recycling for OEM and remanufactured
toner cartridges free of cost to its registered dealers and their customers.
After you have completed the initial
registration, simply print and attach the label to the return box and let
TonerRecyle.Net take care of the rest.
Note that if you send items other than OEM or remanufactured laser toner
cartridges, TonerRecycle. Net may charge you for the cost of handling and
recycling the items received.
What Items Do You Collect and Recycle?
We only collect and recycle original OEM or remanufactured laser toner cartridges, not inkjet cartridges or toner tubes.
The cartridges being returned must have: an OEM label, no visible damage
or dents, no missing parts or components, no cracks or holes in or on the casing
and no deep scratches in or on the casing.

How Do I Return Multiple Or Large Quantities Of Empty Cartridges?
For your convenience, TonerRecycle.Net allows for and encourages multiple empty
cartridges to be shipped in a single box. For safety of the cartridges, package each cartridge individually then
place all wrapped cartridges into a single box. When
shipping two cartridges in seperate boxes, you can attach the boxes together
using packaging tape and use one label.
If 50 or more cartridges are being returned, a pallet pickup may be
preferred for shipping. Package each
cartridge into the original or appropriate sized box, then place all boxes onto
a pallet. Wrap to secure boxes onto
the pallet and email
customsolutions@tonerrecycle.net to schedule a pallet pick-up.
How Should I Package The Items I Am Returning?
The Packaging and Shipping
page of the website shows and explains how to package your return items.
A cartridge’s original box and packaging is always the best way to protect the cartridges during shipping.
If original boxes are not available, cartridges can be placed into any box that securely holds your cartridge(s).
When original packaging is not available, other packing materials such as bubble-wrap, foam packing material or
newspaper can be used to safely package your cartridge.
Am I Able To Ship Cartridges From Anywhere In The World Using TonerRecycle.Net?
TonerRecycle.Net’s recycling program is only available for companies located in the United States.
